Sometimes! Just like birth doulas, end of life doulas provide non-medical support to clients and their loved ones during the final sacred passage.

Are you a doctor, nurse or counselor?
No. I am here to be a non-medical support person, helping to fill gaps in care, being an advocate for my client's wishes and providing companionship, comfort and witness for those facing death. I provide holistic support for body, mind, and spirit.

Who qualifies for doula care?
Any person can use a doula starting at any point in the end of life journey.

Yes, I can support those who are interested in learning about medical aid in dying, pursuing eligibility requirements and as well as planning support to coordinate the process.
Are you covered by insurance?
Doula services are not paid by insurance, and so my practice is private pay. I have created a tiered payment system to make my assistance more accessible.

What is Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation and well-being. You are fully clothed in a session and you can choose where you would like be: whether lying down or in a chair. You also choose whether you would like me to place my hands on or near you to facilitate balance, relaxation and empowerment of your body mind and spirit.
